About Nova Geração Suffolk UK

Nova Geração Suffolk was founded by Rogerio Carvalho in 2018, when he moved with his family to Haverhill. Jiu Jitsu Classes for Adults, Teenagers and Children (ages 7+) of All Skill Levels. Beginners Welcome.
Our Jiu-Jitsu club has expanded steadily since its founding in 2018 and now attracts members from all over the region. We offer a place for our members to develop their Jiujitsu, as well as their physical fitness in a welcoming and supportive training environment.
We believe that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is much more than just a martial art or self-defense system. Our classes will help you build confidence, develop a positive attitude, and instill lessons that are applicable in every aspect of your life. Men, women, and children can all benefit greatly from beginning their journey at our academy.
